SHIPPING & RETURNS
Before purchasing accessories from our online shop, please read our policies carefully:
The UK has left the European Union, therefore EU customers may have to pay charges upon shipment of their order. Please check the fees payable in your country to avoid any unexpected charges.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, lead times are currently 5-6 weeks for headpieces, combs and pins and 2-3 weeks for earrings. See the description for each product to get specific lead times. Please get in contact if you require a rush order. Lead times for bespoke orders will be arranged on enquiry.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked postage. Any customs charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges, please inform us within 7 days and we must recieve your item within 14 days. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are recieved unworn and are not damaged or defective. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and items will be refunded minus initial postage costs.
International customers outside of the EU must be reminded that returned items will most likely incur customs charges that will be deducted from the refund.
Bespoke orders cannot be refunded.
